WATS company has been operating since 1984.

We deal with the processing of plastics. We produce plastic products using injection moulding and extrusion technology. We operate mainly in the household appliances and automotive sectors. We make sure that our machinery park meets the highest standards. Our goal is automation where state-of-the-art technologies are applied and industrial robots are used. Our Golem OEE MES Production Management System monitors the operation and efficiency of machines, downtime and energy consumption on an ongoing basis.


We share our knowledge and experience with our partners and customers. We support our customers at every stage of implemented projects.

We have injection moulding machines with a clamping force of 60 to 900 tonnes and a maximum mould shot weight of 5352 g, profile and tape extrusion lines, ultrasonic welding machines and high-class peripherals.

The most commonly processed groups of materials: PE, PP, PS, ABS, POM, PMMA, PC, PA, SBS, SEBS.


 

 

LABORATORY

We have our own metrological laboratory equipped with a CMM PIONEER 3D coordinate measuring machine and a KEYENCE IM-8030 optical measuring machine.


Measuring machines are used to perform various dimensional inspection tasks: quality assessment, initial and final inspection of parts, inspection of processes.

They allow the measurement of physical properties of all kinds of objects directly in the CAD environment.


Measuring ranges: X: 600mm, Y: 1000mm, Z: 600mm.
